Question : my daughter is 18 months old . during cold having severe nose blockage. she couldn't sleep properly. sometimes we are giving ottrinos baby to resolve this. any ayurvedic medicines can help on this.

Brief Answer: Yes, there are many options.. Detailed Answer: You can try one or many of these: 1. Use warm castor oil as a nasal drop instead of otrivin drops 2. Keep her in warm weather, so if needed use room heater too. 3. Do not give her chocolate, biscuits or cold, chilled food or drink 4. Masssge her chest with panchguna tail or camphot oil or eucalipts oil. 5. If she has allergic rhinitis too give her following medicines till she cures A. Syrup septilin 5 ml twice a day B.
