Suggest Treatment For Sever Pimples On Face

Oral and topical antiacne products
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have gone through your query and I understand that you are concerned about pimples and marks.
Acne is a very common skin problem and can happen in otherwise normal, young individuals.
Changes in weather conditions like heat, humidity, stress, cosmetics etc can induce acne formation. Acne is more common in those who have an oily skin.
You seem to have inflammatory acne.
Inflammatory acne includes papules, pustules and nodules. Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation/ marks is a common complication of inflammatory acne.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest that you be started on an Oral antiacne antibacterial e.g Doxycycline tablet/ capsules, twice daily for a few weeks.
Topically I would suggest you to use either clindmycin 1% gel Or benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel during day time.
You may use adapalene 0.1% gel once daily at night. Adapalene is antiacne as well as also lightens acne marks.
Once your acne is under good control you may thereafter use a kojic acid based product for remaining post-acne marks/ pigmentation.
Regards
