Brief Answer:
You seem to have UTI (Cystitis)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have UTI (Cystitis) as revealed on ultrasound Scanning of abdomen .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Have you done urine culture ?

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection so that you can take appropriate antibiotic as per culture report.

It takes three days to get the culture report till then continue taking Ofloxacin along with Ntrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkalizer thrice daily .Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water .To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

ok, I had done the urine culture but that was normal probably that wasnt the first urine which I gave. Should I do it again? Are my kidneys ok? Kefstar 500 is also prescribed as Widaal test was positive so can I continue with that?
Also, i have constant fever so is this normal?

Brief Answer:
Your kidneys are fine .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

In view of positive signs and urinary symptoms Though Widal Test is reported to be positive there is high possibility of it being false positive .

I would suggest you to repeat urine culture and take appropriate antibiotic as per culture report till then continue with Kefstar .

You may tale Paracetamol in addition to Kefstar .This will help to reduce the fever .

Thanks and Regards.
