Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query. I would very much like to help you and for that I need to know your symptoms. People mean different things when they use the term 'gas'. For some it is belching, for others it may be burning, fullness, passing of wind etc alone or in combination.
There are many medicines available but different ones would be more suitable for different symptoms.

Since you have all the symptoms it is probably a combination of acidity with IBS ( irritable bowel syndrome ) .My patients get the best response with a combination of PPI like Omeprazole, pinaverium and disflatyl.
If these do not help, it would be better to see a gastroenterologist and have youself investigated.
