It seems like you have got gastritis which is common in pregnancy and more so in diabetic patients.
Take gelusil or Digene syrup 2 teaspoons three times a day before meals
Also take tablet Pantoprazole tablet early morning empty stomach in dose of 40 mg for 3 days and see the response.
Take lots of water, cold milk and curd.
Avoid spicy and fried food.
