Question: I am suffering from very severe high pain in stomach , i cant sit ,cant sleep pain is so high . Blood test is normal , Dr. say swelling in liver . but from past 5 days i taking medicine but still not get relief.

Ans:- I am Vegetarian and avoid spicy food & fried food .Generally i take non spicy food & curd , we use Safola Oil or Olive oil at home.

How frequently you have outside / street or hotel food?
Ans-Yes i have travelling job 2-3 days in week stay outside but take only non spicy food & curd. prefer daal .

Any digestion problems? and for how long you have digestion problems?
Ans- I have GERD from long time might be 3-4 months, if i take any spicey food i get acidity in night ,also some time get vomiting of acid in nite.

Update your Lipid profile and Liver Function tests done in the past and currently if any.
Ans- Last Time i get the test month before all is under control SGPT/SGOT is under 25-30. but not have present. recent Blood report is attached.

Ans- I am Automation Engineer of Cement & Power segment but i only prefer non spicy food from past few years.

Ans- Yes, i take alcohol but from past few months i taking in control once in week . but from past 30 days i dint take .

Give your days work schedule and food schedule for study.
Ans- I sleep late & wake up till 8:30 am than go office , i sleep generally after 1-2 am. I am suffering from insomia from past many years college time. 7-8 years.

Any past illnesses and update their reports if any?Any family illness history of thyroid /diabetes illnesses?
Ans; My father is daibitic & mother is thyroid patent .
