Suggest Treatment For Severe Acne And Pimples

Question: Hi Doctor,

I am 31 and I have my marriage on 20th Feb My skin use to me clean glowing and no pimples.
From past 3 4 months i started getting acne 1 or 2 daily and that got worst and now even now an then i have pimples ( bigger size with in skin they have no face)

And they leave scars so black that now my face is full of black spots ..
People even say you had poxes
I tried Kojicplus but it improved my complexion
tried Maiderma ace scar but its been 2 weeks not even 1 % improvement
applied home remedies
nothing works

Please sir suggest something which is fast something that peels the skin I have 3 weeks only :(
I have attached 6 months before picture and now latest ..( no makeup no editing)

you are having grade 2 acne and scarring, there is only one medication which can give results in such short duration and that is Isotretinoin. the problem with this medication is that the course is very long and pregnancy is strictly contraindicated during the treatment and 1 month after stopping the treatment.

you can also consider salicylic acid peel.

all other topical medicines shows their effect very slowly..

Hi Sir,

few questions ?
1. can you tell me the name of salicylic acid peel and how to use??

2. How fast does this peel can atleast light my scars?

Since Isotretinoin is a medication to consume and side effects is there some other peeling or cream ointment which i can use ?

Isotretinoin seems curing one thing but might affect me else where...

Another thing is it seems my acne was not normal can i suggest some natural or herbal or any syrups which I can take daily to intoxicate my skin.

and can u also tell why it happened ??

let me answer one by one

1. you can get salicylic acid peel at a Dermatologist clinic.

2. Peeling will start it effect in at least 2 sessions Taken 2 week apart, regarding isotretinoin it is the only medication which have the ability to cure acne. acne is a disease so there's nothing like not normal acne.

3. there is no such syrup, and numerous studies has suggested that diet and intoxication has no role in treating acne. it is the hype created by homeopaths and sometimes ayurved.

4. you can use benzoyl Peroxide Gel in daytime and adapalene gel in night time over active acne lesions.

So Can I buy the peel and other medication myself online as prescribed by you and start on my own ??

Let me know how to use the chemical peel
also i go to office hope my face during this wont be redish or funny

and hope i will look good and can apply makeup on 20th feb

Chemical peeling should always be done under strict observation of dermatologist.

Regarding other medication you should meet your local dermatologist in order to get prescription as we are not entitled to write prescription online. Yes in some cases there maybe some redness. Recovery may depend on type of peeling used by dermatologist. A mild peeling may result in good result and rapid recovery.
