Question : Sir,
I have severe acne on my forehead and lower chin. What is worrying me is that I had a sexual exposure two months ago. It was a low risk exposure (protected handjob from a CSW). I got tested for hiv 6 weeks post (Negative 0.13- Chemiluminescence combo test). It is now 2 months post the event (exposure). Doctor tells me that it is a bacterial infection and has prescribed cephalexin. Now the incidence of acne has subsided. I'm an acne prone person but lately the incidence had been higher. Do I need to get tested for any disease? Any risk? I do not have symptoms other than acne/acne like bumps on face.

Just relax it is simple acne.
Hand job won't put you at risk to std untill there is some blood contact.
You have tested negative after 6 weeks so there is nothing to worry.
Probably your worry and stress is inducing more acne.
