Question: Dear sir,
I am suffering from pimples problem as you can see my face photograph. My skin is very oily and my work place is also polluted with metal dust and cutting fluid particles as I am in metal machining field. I will be highly obliged if I can get rid of this. For your information I am hypertensive and taking Tenolol 25mg daily morning and also suffering from constipation.

I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photograph.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to use a salicylic acid facewash twice daily and apply adapelene 0.1 gel on the pimples at night.
Also take capsule doxycycline 100 mg once daily at bedtime for 6 weeks.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Besides this avoid oily creams, avoid oiling of scalp, reduce the intake of sugary foods and avoid cosmetics.
