Brief Answer:
Allergic Rhinitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that you may be suffering from the allergic rhinitis. I personally suggest you that first you go for
1. CT Scan PNS
2. absolute eosinophil count
if you are suffering from the enlarged turbinates with symptoms of blocked nose then better to go for turbinoplasty it relief both.
I also suggest you that instead of cetrizine you may use combination of montelukast with Fexofenadine and also Netiwash nasal wash.
If you also having infective rhinitis then better to use azithromycin 250mg twice a day for 21 days with above mentioned drug.
thanks
