Suggest Treatment For Severe Anal Itching And Bleeding Hemorrhoids
Question: I have used pilorute cream for piles..later anal itching developed and very severe at nights and because of scratching it is bleeding again ...

Usually the symptoms of Piles include perianal itching
But if it has come up after applying pilorute which is not common ; then you are allergic to pilorute
I would suggest you take Cetrizine once a day for itching
A good laxative and get yourself examined for a local lesion
