Question: My wife suffers from regular headaches, They are triggered by sunlight, irregular meals and irregular sleep. Should I visit a neurologist to get diagnosis? What all tests etc. need to be done to diagnose?

For prevention you should avoid chocolate, coffee, sleep deprivation and taking meals on time.
Treatment may be taken as propranolol, calcium channel blockers, Topiramate, amitryptiline, Valproate.
You should consult a neurologist for proper examination and treatment.
