Can you locate the area of the head where it is happening or is it a generalized headache ?

How is the headache ? is it shooting/stabbing/dull/mild ?

Any particular time when it is happening or through out the day ?

It's good that you don't have any medical history, but any other problems i.e. nausea/vomiting/cough/cold/sore throat/problem in vision etc. along with this headache ?

What worsens/relieve the headache ?

For the time being you can take Tab PARACETAMOL 650 mg two to three times a day after food, it'll provide symptomatic relief..also try to remain well hydrated by drinking a lot of water, avoid too much tea/coffee..
