Brief Answer:
Epidural injections may help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and can understand your discomfort on account of pain, which has not reduced despite all medications.

I presume MRI was done and had shown pinching of nerves in the lower back due to slipped disc as the possible cause of L5-S1 pain.

If medications such as gabapentin, pregabalin or duloxetine have failed, then, epidural injections can be opted for, which would provide good pain relief.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
