Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety After Taking Xanax

Question: I drank 8 drinks last night. Last drink was 13 hours ago. Im on celexa. Stopped taking xanax 2 days ago. My anxiety is sky high now. Can i take a .25 xanax to calm me down?
