Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety And Depression
Information
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
With brain tumors, there are usually headaches that just don't go away. And the only way to diagnose them is with a head MRI or CT. Other symptoms are seizures, or neurological changes in use of other parts of the body.
Fullness in the ears can be from drainage or congestion in the throat. This may be causing the heavy head feeling as well.
If you think there may be drainage in your throat or congestion in your sinuses, here are some suggestions:
1. A decongestant (pseudoephedrine) which is an oral non prescription medicaiton. You have to ask the pharmacist for it.
2. Saline sinus rinses - either by using a nettipot, saline packets, and boiled then cooled water; or ready made such as Simply Saline.
I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.

Detailed Answer:
If the headaches go away with Tylenol, then it is unlikely to be related to a brain tumor.
What are you and your doctor doing to address your anxiety - are you on any medications or going to a counselor?
Information
Detailed Answer:
Yes, anxiety can cause these symptoms, and medications can sometimes too.
I don't know if your doctor has tried an SSRI antidepressant to prevent anxiety, rather than to just calm you down during an attack. This might help you a great deal.
I can't really address your heavy head symptoms without being able to examine you, but if your doctor did a neurological exam and found no abnormalities, then it shouldn't be a problem.
If, however, you have unremitting headaches, talk with your doctor who should order a head MRI, which is definitive.
Questions
Detailed Answer:
That depends on the medication and how long you have been on it (for example - have you taken it continuously for months?).
What is the name of the medicine and how long have you taken it on a daily basis?

Hi XXXXXXX -
I just saw the information you provided in your other question. Please see that information. The "half-life" of hydroxyzine is around 20 hours (time for half of it to be eliminated from your body), but it's effective dose should be mostly over by 6-8 hours.
