Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety And Depression

Question: I think I am having a panic attack. Just subscribed 15 minutes, or so, ago. Wondering how long it will be until I have a response? My question was in regard to whether I might be bi-polar, and if so, what do I need to do? Have seen multiple doctors who claim it's clinical depression.
