Brief Answer:
No need to be worried.

Hello,
welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and understand the concern.
Paxil (paroxetine) is a prescription drug in the Selective Serotonin Re-uptake Inhibitors group and used to treat to treat anxiety disorders and depression by the doctors.
It can very rarely raise blood sugar and I do not know from where you have read about this but in clinical settings,it can be safely given to persons who is on anti-diabetic medication. So,there is no need to be worried about it.
However, you may restrict your high sugar food intake and continue to take this medication along with your hypoglycemic drugs.
Hope this helps.
