Brief Answer:
NSAID, physical therapy.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
These MRI findings correspond to grade 1 of herniated disc disease.
In your case, conservative treatment is a feasible first course of action to treat the symptoms of herniated disc disease.
Treatment modalities range from anti-inflammatory therapy ( Ibuprofen for example ) to exercises designed to increase muscle strength and relieve joint loading and physical therapy.
Rest for few days and avoid weight lifting.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
