Question: I along with my wife recently visited to a gynaecologist and she suggested to start with pills so we wanted to know and understand that taking pills is 100% safe? and my wife is concerned about its side effects if any. .and if she continues with it for 2 years as we don't want family planning for 2 years, will there be any problems regarding pregnancy due to pills?
Please advise as we are newly married.

also is back pain,stomach etc. r normal due to intercourse for female

Thanks for the query to HCM,
You CAN EASILY START ON LOW DOSE OC PILLS like FEMILON, EVADIOL for regular use post marriage for contraception. Earlier high dose pills use to cause bloating , weight gain and water retention , but low dose pills are practically free from these side effects. Whenever you shall plan, just leave the pills and your menses woudl not be disturbed.

Secondly after first intercourse it is normal to experience low back ache and vaginal ache often , which can be controlled with hot fomentation and local sitz bath practices.
