Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain

Cervical spondylosis, Calcium and Vitamin D deficiency
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
Thanks for the query.
It appears that you have shifting pains across your body as well as occasional headache.
This can be explained by possible spondylosis in the spine region in the neck line cervical spondylosis. Also there may be associated Calcium and Vitamin D deficiency which can cause shoulder girdle pain and back pain.
I advise you to eat a diet rich in calcium and Vitamin D like eggs, lean meat, chicken, Nuts, cod liver oil. Fault go for early morning or 3:00PM outdoor walking after applying sunscreen for about 45 minutes as this helps to create Vitamin D in your body.
You can also take Calcium and Vitamin D supplements like Tablet Shelcal CT twice a day for 2 months. Drink plenty of water. Do daily exercise if possible by Cardio arms weight training.
Do get an Xray of the cervical spine to rule out spondylosis. Avoid bending neck forward or lifting weights. Apply hot packs to the painful regions. You can take Tablet Diclofenac and Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days after meals and Tablet Ranitidine 150mg twice a day for 5 days before meals.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
