Brief Answer:
Get examined by a neurosurgeon for surgery
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
As the X-ray report is showing displacement of one vertebrae over another with unstable spine, surgery is required.
Other indications may be non responsive pain, neurodeficit, urinary complains, sensory loss, weakness.
You should consult a neurosurgeon for examination and evaluation.
You may need recent MRI or CT of spine if planned for surgery.
You can also give more details regarding symptoms and upload previous MRI images or report.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
