Question: Have lower right side back pain...hurts most when standing after sitting or when shifting in seat.
Pain both above and below waistline but only on the right side.

To recapitulate: Male/64 - pain - right lower back most when standing after sitting - shifting in a seat - pain both above and below waistline on right - Advil and Tylenol, muscle relaxer - did not seem to help....

Do you remember how was the problem started - say for example heavy lifting, sudden change of position?
