Brief Answer:
Will take time!

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for choosing HCM
A black eye can sometimes take as long as two weeks to heal completely, and a severe black eye can take even longer.
Apply something cold to the area. It helps ease swelling and narrows your blood vessels. That will stop bleeding below your skin. Make a crushed ice pack.Don’t put pressure on your eye or try to force it open.
Start antibiotic therapy like cefixime and anti inflammatory like diclofenac with antihistamininc eye drop for few days.
Thanks!
