Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome on HCM!
Regarding your concern, I would explain that it is necessary to explore the exact nature of your heavy chest pain.
Is is only related to a musculoskeletal distension (due to excessive physical exertion)?
Or, is it due to a cardiac ischemia/acute aortic disorder/pleural (surrounding lung layer) inflammation, etc.?
As these latter causes are serious health disorders and not rarely life-threatening, in case your chest pain keeps persisting, I would strongly recommend you asking immediate medical assistance to the nearest ER service at your living area.
In this way, it would be possible to differentiate and properly define the exact nature of your pain.
Hope to have been helpful to you!
In case of any further questions, feel free to ask me again.
Kind regards,

My opinon as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
I would explain that it is quite normal to have an increased heart rate during the pain. This is related to the activation of the sympathetic nervous system as a reaction to the pain.
Nevertheless, considering that you have a known cardiovascular risk factor such as dyslipidemia (high cholesterol levels), I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a careful physical exam and some tests (a resting ECG and cardiac ultrasound, a chest X ray study, blood lipid profile, blood electrolytes and inflammation tests).
If suspicions of coronary artery disease are raised, an exercise cardiac stress test would be necessary.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Wishing good health,
Dr. Iliri
