Question: Hi I have been having issues with throwing up just white foam spit not very much.
I have been having the issue for 2 years. I have constipation issues.When I sleep I have issues when breathing husband says I sore & make clicking sound with my throat. I feel like running a fever. I was having leg aches before taking teyleno.

The health issue in your case particularly the snoring , clicking sound and spitting require assessment of the upper aerodigestive tract anatomical and functional assessment.
These issues are more common in individuals with learning disability and delayed milestones.
These issues require an upper GIT Endoscopy and a polysomnography for better assessment and therapeutic protocol.
Constipation can be managed with intake of Isphagula husk powder and adequate dietary fiber.
I usually prescribe Fibrogel powder 2 tsps in 1 glass of water at bedtime daily for 2 weeks.
Likewise fever in your case can be managed with Paracetamol 500 mg and Antibiotics like AUGMENTIN 625 mg.
