Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation
Take a laxative whenever required.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and history and understanding of your problem.
You have got a ''constipating form'' of IBS. This is indeed more difficult to treat than the diarrhea form.
I would suggest to take an enema / use of suppositories along with a oral laxative.
The dose of the oral laxative is patient and condition dependent, hence you have to titrate the doses as per your requirements.
The blood obviously comes either from the fissure or a pile (hemorrhoid).
Eating more fibers is definitely going to help you but you have to take laxatives whenever required.
No blood in the morning is a good sign.
Stress is the ultimate cause of IBS. So reducing stress helps a lot in controlling the IBS
