Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. Use OTC nasal decongestant drops (0.1% Xylometazoline such as Otrivin) for immediate relief from nasal blockage. Use 3-4 drops per nostril twice a day but not for more than 3 to 5 days in a row. You can also use once if required.

2. get your nose examined and request a prescription with anti-histamines, mucolyics and cough supressants (such as dextromethorphan or noscapine). These will require a prescription. Take steam inhalation.

3. When you are better, get allergy tests done t confirm dust allergy. Measures to avoid exposure to dust and dust mites need to be discussed after this.

4. I am unable to view the reports. Please upload again or contact customer care.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
