I have gone through your question and understand your concern. There are various causes for recurrent
abdominal pain in children which need a systematic approach. Allergy test or a USG scan is not sufficient to diagnose the big list of possible causes. As you have mentioned recurrent pain in your query, I suppose the pain is intermittent. It appears to be Abdominal
migraine.
No evidence of an inflammatory, anatomical, metabolic, or neoplastic process(from the
sonography and blood works for appendix)that explains symptoms. Criteria fulfilled two or more times in the preceding 12 months. Must include all of the following:
1.Paroxysmal episodes of intense, acute periumbilical pain lasting for one or more hours.
2.Intervening periods of usual health, lasting weeks to months.
3.The pain interferes with normal activities.
4.The pain is associated with two or more of the following:
anorexia, nausea, vomiting, headache,
photophobia.
