Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough

Possible diagnoses explained.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.
What I understand from your description looks like you have checked the respiratory ways and the flecks of blood are not coming from there.
On the other side you say you have reflux and ranitidine/omeprazole is helping.
So, that may be one of the possible diagnoses...acid reflux may have caused damage in the wall of esophagus which is a tube that you haven't checked at ENT. The acid passes in the lungs and causes the brown gunk which is mixed with the blood. To confirm or rule out this you will need to do a fibrogastroscopy which will have a look at the esophagus and stomach.
Also possible diagnoses is the post nasal drip and the blood may come from the back of the nose.
You may also consider a visit to the dentist and make sure your teeth and mouth is fine and that your are not losing blood from there.
Finally I would say that you will need to check a CBC (complete blood count) which will check out if you have Anemia, which comes from long time loss of blood, if that is the case.
If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor which of course can examine you and discover other details that I am not able to find like this.
These are my thoughts, and I hope this is helpful.
