Suggest Treatment For Severe Depression

Question: I have been experiencing mental health issues for quite some time now. I would love to have a psychiatric evaluation performed via this site if possible so that I can get a better understanding of what is going on with me. I live out in the middle of the dessert, so it is hard for me to see someone in person. This is probably the best way for me to speak with someone regularly.
