Question: Suggest treatment for severe depression. I need a diagnosis regarding PTAs for myself. The courts need it by today. Can you help

I was there when the shooting happened. I Blacked out,bad dreams, I'm very depressed, loud noises like a gunshot makes me wanna pass out. Turn of events come and go but can't remember everything. I Don't go out. I stay at home withdrawn from everything.
