Suggest Treatment For Severe Diarrhea And Dizziness While On Escitalopram

Question: I accidentally took 20 mg of escitalopram instead of 10mg tonight. This is my first week of treatment. I feel slightly dizzy and slight stomach upset. Meanwhile is about bedtime in my country. Should i do anything or just go to bed regularly?
