Brief Answer:
Hi this episode may be due to some infection(food born)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
Thank you for your query.
I can understand your concern.

Possibly you may be having underlying irritable bowel syndrome but the current episode of explosive diarrhea is unlikely related.

Possibly you may be having food borne infection causing this diarrhea blood can occur in severe infections called dysentery. Other possibility could be piles or hemorrhoids or small cut in anal region called fissure due to straining during passing stools. Dysentery will have blood mixed stools usually while piles related bleeding is usually separate from stools.

Please get your stool routine and culture sensitivity analysis done.

Also worthwhile getting CBC and Creatinine done to look for elements of infection and and dehydration.

You can start an antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin after consulting your physician and obtaining proper prescription .

Keep yourself well hydrated too by drinking a lot of water , electrolyte rich fluids.

Hope this answers your questions.
I'll happy to help if you've any further queries.
Best wishes.
