Suggest Treatment For Severe Diarrhea
Question: I have a condition that tends to occur after severe diarrhea. My lower right abdomen will ache, along with my testicles but more so in my right testicle, and, the anus. It's crippling pain and usually lasts for about an hour. I am completely unable to function or think during the episode. It happens once every few months. Ice on my groin tends to alleviate the pain. Typically I have to lay down on the couch, bed, or floor while its happening.

After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your doctor.
Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Ultrasound of abdomen.
2. Stool examination.
3. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
Diarrhea is usually due to infection of the gastrointestinal tract. It also explains the occurrence of pain followed by diarrhea.
I would suggest that you should take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with an antispasmodic like dicyclomine twice daily after meals.
Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions. Also take care of your hydration.
Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation done by your doctor and according to the reports of the above mentioned investigations.
