Brief Answer:
Possibility of irritable bowel syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
It is possible that the first bout of diarrhea could have been due to an infection in the pork or due to an allergy. You may have vomiting/ fever if is an infection.
You could get your stools examined which would show puss cells if it is due to an infection. If the stool examination does not show it your persistent diarrhea may be due to an irritable bowel syndrome.
You could try imodium to stop the symptom, if you are not able to meet a doctor and have yourself examined and tested.
Take Care,
