Brief Answer:
Brain conditions to be considered.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

A part of your symptoms related to imbalance, headaches, incontinence, vision problems, may be related to brain conditions such normal pressure hydrocephalus, or other brain lesions, so, it is necessary first to get evaluated about this possibility.

Neurological examination, brain MRI and funduscopic are necessary for this purpose.

Episodes of tingling sensation, tight feeling in chest may be related to anxiety disorder.

However, low vitamin B12, should be considered as a possible reason of tingling.

Discuss with your primary Doctor about getting evaluated about these conditions.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
