i was riding my bike for not more than 15 min ,but climbing a hill , my heart beats reached 169 BPM everything was normal at 169 , then i pulled over and had some rest ,few seconds after that i felt dizzy ,and felling to vomit , after that i went with my driver on the way back home 2 minutes away by car i felt everything around me white and bright , i could only see shapes ..
note: that i already reached 172 BPM before on my bike and it was normal ?

Brief Answer:
please meet your cardiologist
Detailed Answer:
hello
169 is very high for your heartbeat and i think you should meet a cardiologist as soon as possible.
It is possible when the heart rate is high, the blood pressure my fall or the heart may not be able to pump blood properly, this can result in reduced blood flow to the brain and cause dizziness.
please meet a cardiologist, he will examine you and do an electrocardiogram (ecg).
take care!

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir
169 heartbeat is definitely high and needs to be evaluated, this more so considering your age is 46.
The sudden increase in heart rate may be due a condition called as arrhythmia which can be detrimental for the overall heart function.
Although you had a ecg done 6 months back, and it was normal, it is still prudent that you meet your cardiologist, who may advice a 12 lead ecg and may even ask for continuous ecg called as holter monitoring, just to check the fluctuations in your heartbeat
once that is done, we may get a clear picture of what exactly is going on with your heart and can treat you accordingly
