Suggest Treatment For Severe Dry Cough And White Mucus

Question: Hello,
Iam having sever dry cough and white mucus comes out from past 1 month. tried talking Brozeet syrup. But still cough is not rectified. Currently iam talking Glevo TAb tablet from past 4 days. Dry Cough is reduced a bit. Please suggest other remedy for the same. Thanks

Thanks for the query.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are having allergic Rhinitis with post nasal discharge(PND) .

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you

Plenty of fluids , Steam Inhalation twice daily, Saline nasal spray thrice daily ,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination once in night till allergy subside ,
Continue Brozeet syrup & Glevo TAb for 7 days .

You will get relief .
