Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, it doesn't point towards a specific illness which is common with viral illness, meaning there is no specific symptomatology.

It can take up to 2 weeks for this to subside. A complete blood count with CRP/ESR can be advised, just to be on the safe side. Symptomatic treatment with oral rehydration fluids and Tylenol would be required at the moment.

If the symptoms persist beyond 2 weeks then further workup can be planned accordingly.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
