Brief Answer:
Consult Endocrinologist.

Detailed Answer:
HI
Greeting from Dr. Divakara.P
First of all thanks for choosing Healthcaremagic for posting your query.

There are many causes of fatigue . Simple causes like Low hemoglobin , Vitamin B12 deficiency, Vitamin D 3 deficiency , Thyroid problems , Diabetes , Adrenal Insufficiency.

There are certain serious causes also like Heart failure , kidney failure or liver failure .

I advise to get tested for the above conditions and revert back to me with reports.

Tests are :L Complete Hemogram , Serum Vitamin B12 levels , Serum Vitamin D3 levels , Serum TSH , Fasting and Postprandial blood sugars, Serum Creatinine , LFT, Serum Cortisol ( Morning 8 A.M and 4 P.M sample) and 2D ECHO.

If you need to get evaluated only for adrenal fatigue then you need to consult an Endocrinologist for that.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask
