Suggest Treatment For Severe Fatigue
i always feel drained. there is no energy in me to perform my day to day activities. small physical work makes me tired.my sugar level is normal. my past has been very stressed . kindly suggest some ayurveda medicine for increasing energy level.

my weight is 75 kg & hight is 167 cm.
i am engineer in a refinery & working in general shift (9 am-6pm).
i eat veg food only ,taking protein powder 1 spoon daily. also eat fruits.
i used to feel tired easily befor also but not much
.since 2-3 months it has increased.
my sleep pattern is ok.
i am not taking any medicine.
start feeling tired from morning.
Dont have any medical issue but become stressed frequently, also feel depressed.

Since your Body mass index seems to be okay.
Apart from stress no other major issues as from your response.
I suggest certain medication and lifestyle management for your problem.
Kindly take protein rich food like channa,peanut,soybean,rajma ,dried fruits cashew,almond in routine food intake. Don't go for protein powder.they very good energy booster.
Eat healthy green vegetables with contains good antioxidant helps in gives energy as well as act against the stress inducing factor.
since the climate is hot try to take more butter milk to keep you active the day.
Eat on timely manner don't skip food.
Lifestyle;
Stress and anxiety are easily overcome by doing yoga and meditation. Practising
Suryananaskaram daily will help you to get rid of anxiety and stress as well.
Don't sleep late night since you are working in day shift. Go to bed earlier.
Medication:
Aswagandha capsules: 2 twice a day
After food.
Shatavari legiyam: 3 gm twice a day.after food.
