Suggest Treatment For Severe Fatigue, muscle Pain And Swollen Lymphnode
Possible viral infection or infected salivary gland...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
You are saying to have swollen lymphnodes:
- 1 small on right side
- 3 on left side of the neck
and you are also not reporting to have fever, cough, sore throat or cold like symptoms.
At this point, I'd ask if you have any tooth gone bad?
2. Apart bad teeth, another possibility could be infected/inflammed salivary glands at the bottom of the mouth that you feel like a lymph node.
3. As your job requires being in contact with many patients with various diseases, that would increases chances to get frequent viral infections although you do not feel sore throat. Look for any possible ulcer or any cold sores inside your mouth.
4. Low levels of vit. D is a cause for being fatigue most probably to being busy with your work and children. It will also be a cause of weaken immune system, thus, making you more susceptible to viral infections.
5. To my opinion, they are sign of viral infection. Antibiotics won't help as they won't fight virus only bacteria.
All the best!
