Brief Answer:
Severe gastritis or Peptic ulcer can give such symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Severe gastritis or peptic ulcer can give such symptoms. But it is better to take an ECG and stress test to rule out cardiac cause of pain to be on safe side.
Abdominal ultrasound should be taken to rule out problems with gall bladder and pancreas. Problems with gall bladder or pancreas also gives such symptoms.
If other conditions are ruled out then it can be treated as gastritis/ peptic ulcer. Taking proton pump inhibitors like Rabeprazole for long term and diet will be helpful to cure it. If there is no improvement then a consultation with Gastro enterologist and doing Fibrogastroduodenoscopy should be done to find out the exact status.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
