Suggest Treatment For Severe Groin Pain Before Urination

Question: I have extreme short term pain in my left bladder just before uninating. Normal activity except for that. This just started after a 15 hour trip where we ate fast food on trip. Normal exercise and activity. Traveled Tuesday, Wednesday it started mildly. Thursday is when pain started. Pain is a stabbing paid that quits immediately when I shift position and allow urination without pushing.

Thanks for query .based on the facts that you have posted pain before urination that you have is mostly due to urine being concentrated due to dehydration arising out of less intake of water during journey.

Get our routine urine test done to confirm or rule out UTI

Take Norfloxacin twice daily for 5 days along with urine alkalizer Citralka thrice daily .

Ensure to rink more water .This will help to keep your urine dilute and to control dysuria .
