I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain and the images attached, there is excessive deposits over the teeth leading to yellowish discolouration..
For this you need to consult a Dentist and get evaluated and a full mouth scaling of your teeth and polishing has to be done..

As I can also see few of decayed teeth, once you are done with scaling you should get the teeth filled so that they do not progress to decay and get damaged..

I would also like to know that do you have pain in any of your teeth and is there bleeding from the gums?

You should get scaling done and you will also be advised um paint massage to reduce infection and bleeding..

Along with it for pain in decayed teeth, get x ray done so that the course of treatment that can be root canal treatment or extraction will be decided accordingly..

As of now start gargling with antiseptic mouthwash and also do warm saline gargles..
