Brief Answer:
It seems like Migraine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. Dadapeer K and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that your 20 year old son is having severe headache, vomiting associated with tingling sensation in arms and eye pain.

These symptoms indicate primary headache like migraine.
The treatment by analgesic tablets in the form of Ibuprofen is right.
The next step is to confirm the diagnosis and to start treatment with anti migraine drugs.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
