Question: My wife suffers from severe head ache and pain around right eye and a sense of creeping sensations in the centre portion between eyes till half nose...

Most likely due to migraine.

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your wife's symptoms. These are most likely suggestive of migraine.

As of now, she can take medications such as naproxen tablets for pain relief.

If headaches are frequent, then, preventive medications such as flunarizine or topiramate may be used, to reduce the severity and frequency of headaches.

If headaches persist despite above treatment, then, please consult a Neurologist.
