Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. Dadapeer K. an Ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.

The possible causes that needs to be ruled in case of pain in the eye followed by severe headache are
1. Refractive error: Here you will have blurred vision and this can be corrected by spectacles by refraction and correction.

2. Migraine: Here there will be recurrent attacks of headache usually associated with nausea, vomiting....

3. Narrow angle glaucoma: Here there will be eye pain and it is usually precipitated by stress, dilatation of pupil... This can be diagnosed by examination by ophthalmologist and measurement of intraocular pressure.

4. Sinusitis: Here there will be recurrent cold, cough.....

As of now you can take analgesic tablet for pain relief and you need to consult your doctor for evaluation as I have mentioned.

Hope this answers your question.
Do write back to me for further questions.
