i am checking blood pressure everyday , so my headaches are not related to preeclampsia . I hade a history in a past of IIH and optic nerve edema i saw an neuro ophthalmologist he checked my eyes and sad that he is not seeing any changes seens the time i was diagnoaed with optic nerve edema.

Paracetamol is one of the painkillers that may be used.
If migraine is suspected, betablocker drugs also may be of benefit.

The only thing that i am afraid of IIH . How can i exclude this diagnose ?

Since you refer about past IIH history, you may know that symptoms include visual loss, diplopia ( double vision ), pulsatile tinnitus ( ringing in ears ), besides headaches.
In my opinion, get treated for your symptoms and follow up with funduscopic examination about papilledema.
